Die casting is similar to permanent mod casting except that the metal is injected into the mold under high pressure of 10-210Mpa (1,450-30,500 psi). This result is a more uniform part, generally a good surface finish and good dimensional accuracy.

For many parts, post-machining may be totally eliminated, or very light machining may be required to bring dimensions to size. The foundries in China have the ability to design and manufacture close tolerance die casting metal products for many different metals and alloys such as aluminum, bronze, copper and zinc, and any type of alloy combination.
