Investment casting, also called "Lost-Wax Process" offers a wide range of material applications from non-ferrous alloys to tool steel and stainless alloys. The process permits intricate design that other processes could not produce due to the complexity of their form and shape. The advantages of investment casting are better surface finishes, lighter weights, thinner walls, complicated internal configurations, and closer tolerances.
Because the investment casting or lost wax casting process typically requires a large amount of labor, we are able to take advantage of the lower cost structures in China. This may include plating, finished machining, and other secondary operations with little additional cost.
