Since "off-the-shelf" wiring products are often incapable of serving the diverse needs of manufacturers, custom-made wiring harnesses are common. Chinese wiring harness manufacturers can design everything from miniature wire subassemblies to heavy industrial electro-mechanical wire harnesses.

Various types and sizes of wire, solder and crimp type terminals and pins, along with numerous other electrical components are available as specified by the customer. Since wire cutting and crimping, the wiring of the harness assembly, and testing process are very labor intensive, significant savings can be realized.

We carefully select manufacturing and assembly facilities that are ISO9001/9002 certified. Some also have QS9000 and VDA6.1 certification for the automotive industry. Through these partners, we currently offer:
