Engineering

Our engineers will assess your products or components to determine the sourcing feasibility and the attractiveness of the savings. If the opportunity arises, they will recommend engineering upgrades, which may be available without impacting the level of savings.

Supplier Selection and Qualification

Only suppliers that have the technical capabilities and a proven track record are selected from a broad network of manufacturers. Once the supplier is chosen, products are pre-qualified before you ever receive samples, and then ongoing certifications and inspections are performed to assure every shipment matches the initial approved sample.

Negotiation and Terms

Competitive negotiations are performed in the language and customs of the sourcing country to assure the lowest possible price, terms, and service.

Supply Chain Logistics

GPC and its partners supervise the delivery from the manufacturing site to your dock, or preferred port of entry. We will also work with the manufacturer to assure that the secondary packaging meets your exact specifications and conforms to all U.S. regulations.

Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Model

GPC will compare your current purchasing practices to the practical levels for import so we can maximize the savings while minimizing inventory turns.

Consulting

Would you like to do business in China and other high growth markets? We offer real world practical experience on how (and how not) to get started. We can assist in finding suitable agents and distributors, and in outlining the variety of ways to do business, including Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprises.

GPC can also assist in reviewing your BOM, helping you select the most appropriate components or materials for outsourcing. To help protect the proprietary nature of your business, GPC will source select components from multiple manufacturers.
